Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic freshers for the role of International BPO. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer service inquiries. This is a full-time position located in Gurgaon, Delhi. The position level is suitable for freshers, with a minimum of 0 years of work experience required.
Qualifications and Skills
• Customer service skills (Mandatory skill): Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Communication skills (Mandatory skill): Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Problem solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and developing strategic solutions.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

New projects such as the Fehmarnbelt link between Denmark and Germany, the new lock of Terneuzen and many other projects, require a multidisciplinary and innovative approach.Your responsibilities
• You are part of an on-shore project team. This could be at our headquarters in Belgium as well as on project locations across the world.
• You take part in the preparation and submission of tenders for new Infra Marine projects and/or you work with the project team to prepare the operational execution of the works.
• You follow up the project on a daily base and report to the project manager.
