Hiring for a leading MNC into Events & Exhibition Industry:
Job Title: Project Director( Food & Ingredients)
Work days: Mon-Fri
Work location: Mumbai (Andheri)
Key role & responsibility:
Role Overview:
The Project Director will lead the Food & Ingredients (FI) portfolio, owning the business strategy and P&L. This role involves driving revenue through space and sponsorship sales, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent portfolio growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and overall revenue performance for the FI portfolio.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve year-on-year business growth.
Manage and mentor teams across Sales, Marketing, Database, and Operations.
Build strong relationships with clients, sponsors, associations, and government bodies.
Explore new markets and develop new events while upgrading existing ones.
Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful events.
Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to create need-based, successful events.
Adopt and champion best-in-class technologies and continuous skill enhancement.
Experience & Qualifications:
MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred.
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in B2B exhibitions, conferences, or publishing.
Proven expertise in P&L management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience within the food or ingredients industry is an advantage.
Strong ability to interpret market and economic trends to drive strategic outcomes.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
