Project Coordinator

Results-driven Project Coordinator with strong experience in project planning, execution, and PMO support. Skilled in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining project schedules, tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Experienced in preparing project status reports, dashboards, management presentations, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, customers, vendors, and internal teams. Proficient in project governance, resource tracking, change management, and compliance with PMO standards. Adept at organizing meetings, documenting minutes, monitoring project milestones, and supporting project closure activities. Strong working knowledge of project management tools including Microsoft Project, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet, with a solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in planning and execution of projects.
Maintain project schedules, trackers, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action items.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Coordinate meetings, document MOMs, and track action closures.
Follow up with internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project milestones and highlight delays or risks.
Track resource allocation and utilization.
Support change management and project governance activities.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
Assist in project closure activities and lessons learned documentation.

Requirements

Required Skills

Strong PMO and project coordination experience.
Excellent knowledge of project lifecycle and governance processes.
Experience in project reporting and MIS preparation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of risk, issue, and change management processes.
