Job Description
An architecture and interior design practice in Anand Vihar, Delhi is hiring a Project Architect with 3–5 years of experience to work on residential and commercial projects across design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and execution stages.
Project Type
Work may include:
• Residential architecture projects
• Residential interior projects
• Commercial projects
Key Responsibilities
• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and project presentations
• Manage project documentation across design development and execution stages
• Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other project consultants
• Conduct client meetings and document project requirements
• Participate in site visits and coordinate project execution activities
• Assist in BOQ preparation and material specification documentation
• Maintain project records, drawing revisions, and documentation updates
• Monitor project timelines and coordination requirements
• Coordinate assigned tasks with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior projects
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects
• Understanding of building regulations and construction practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience preparing working drawings and construction documentation
• Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D modeling software
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and presentation preparation tools
• Experience preparing working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical documentation
• Experience coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders
• Ability to manage project documentation, coordination activities, and assigned project responsibilities
Work Schedule
• Location: Anand Vihar, Delhi
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
