Responsibilities for the position:
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring cabinetry projects progress according to schedules.
Communicate with clients to provide updates, confirm project details, and arrange site visits or installation dates.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, purchase orders, variations, and job files.
Liaise with design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated.
Monitor project timelines, identify delays or issues, and escalate them to the Project Manager when needed.
Prepare and update material lists, job sheets, delivery schedules, and other project-related records.
Assist with processing invoices, quoting updates, variations, and other cost-related project documents.
Coordinate installers and subcontractors, ensuring they have the correct information and materials.
Update internal management systems with project progress, notes, and communication records.
Support project close-out by following up on defects, rework items, and client sign-offs.
