About MySocially Impact Hub
MySocially Impact Hub is building a platform to make CSR, ESG and social impact programs more visible, measurable and stakeholder-engaging. We work with businesses, implementation partners and communities to design, fund, execute and track impact programs across areas such as rural development, education, health, livelihoods, sustainability and community infrastructure.
We are looking for a Program Management Associate who can support the Founder across program design, partner coordination, CSR/ESG outreach and on-ground execution.
Role Purpose
This role sits at the intersection of campaign design, CSR/ESG partnerships and program execution .
You will help convert social impact ideas into fundable programs, coordinate with implementation partners, support corporate conversations, and ensure that funded programs are tracked, reported and communicated effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Campaign Design
• Support the design of CSR/ESG-ready impact programs and village-level intervention pilots.
• Create program concept notes, campaign blueprints, activity plans, budgets and pitch collateral.
• Research relevant themes such as rural development, education, health, livelihoods, sustainability, circular economy and community infrastructure.
• Map possible government schemes, CSR priorities and funding convergence opportunities.
• Convert field realities and partner inputs into structured program models with clear activities, outputs, outcomes and KPIs.
2. CSR/ESG Partnership Support
• Support outreach to corporates, foundations and funders for Impact Hub campaigns.
• Assist in preparing customized proposals, pitch decks, follow-up notes and program briefs.
• Track funder conversations, relationship pipelines and next steps.
• Research corporate CSR/ESG priorities and identify alignment with Impact Hub programs.
• Coordinate follow-ups in a structured and professional manner.
3. Implementation Partner Coordination
• Identify and engage NGOs, rural implementation partners and community-based organizations.
• Support partner onboarding, due diligence, documentation and agreement coordination.
• Coordinate field consultations, need assessments and program planning discussions.
• Work with partners to collect budgets, beneficiary data, activity plans, photos, reports and impact updates.
• Ensure partner inputs are converted into funder-ready and platform-ready formats.
4. Program Execution & Monitoring
• Support execution of funded pilots and programs across baseline, activity tracking, monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate with field partners, beneficiaries, vendors and stakeholders where required.
• Maintain program trackers, reporting formats, beneficiary records and activity documentation.
• Support impact dashboards, progress reports and funder updates.
• Help ensure programs are delivered with transparency, accountability and measurable outcomes.
5. Content, Reporting & Impact Communication
• Convert program progress into simple impact stories, reports and update notes.
• Support campaign pages, impact updates and stakeholder communication.
• Help make social impact more visible through structured documentation, photos, field insights and measurable progress.
Who We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in CSR, ESG, rural development, NGO programs, social impact, consulting, research or partnerships.
• Educational background in Development Studies, Social Work, Rural Management, Public Policy, Sustainability, Business or related fields. TISS, IRMA or similar institutions preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in building practical, fundable and measurable impact programs.
• Good writing, research, coordination and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Canva and basic data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment.
• Strong follow-up discipline, ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
• Comfort with occasional field visits and coordination with rural partners.
