PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Note: This is a full-time position based in Hague, SK. Reporting directly reporting to the Centre Director; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education.
COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and ******* rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 1+7 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.
JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our team is looking for a full-time Program Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibility of the Program Administrative Assistant is to provide clerical support to the Program at Teen Challenge. Responsibilities include, greeting and screening visitors, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, answering and referring inbound telephone calls and incoming emails, filing and assisting with scheduling appointments when necessary. Other responsibilities include, coordinating meetings as required, supporting day-to-day operations, liaising with staff and departments, providing information pertaining to our organization and ministry.
