Proficed has a vacancy for the post of UI/UX Designer. Freshers can apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
• Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects showcasing skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Understanding of design principles, user interface guidelines, and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and user testing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend development concepts is a plus.
