The key responsibilities of a Professor of Management would be as follows:
1. To develop, create and invent effective learning methods to teach graduate and undergraduate students
2. Creating, developing and innovating new techniques to ensure better learning procedures
3. Constantly update the knowledge and improve ones teaching and learning abilities
4. Participating in different kinds of conferences, and seminars that will enhance the knowledge relevant to business management
5. Preparing various kinds of materials, portfolios, and manuals for simplifying the complex subjects
6. To make recommendations that will improve the quality of education that is being imparted in the universities
Job Requirements:
• PhD in the relevant academic discipline.
• Teaching experience in a university setting.
• Published works would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, observational and problem-solving skills.
• A good record of attending conferences and academic events.
• Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and engaging with students.
• Patience, understanding, and willingness to help
