As we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are looking for a Professional Services engineer to join our professional Services team and work with APAC/EMEA based customers.

Reporting to: Professional Services Team Lead, India
Location: Gurgaon, India (Home office/Hybrid)
Direct Employment
What You’ll Do
Design, Customize and implement the PS offered solution, hands-on, within the agreed upon timelines.
Work with global enterprise customers.
Develop know-how and best practices related to such engagement and serve as a center of knowledge for AlgoSec and its partners.
Interact with AlgoSec global Professional Services Center.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
3 years previous experience in similar positions in a software company.
Networking or security background.
Experience in Linux/UNIX environments.
Experience in programming in Perl or Python.
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
Experience in customer facing roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented, fast learner.
Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity.
Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking.
Willingness to travel 10% of the time, working on-site with AlgoSec customers.
Nice To Have
Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Panorama, Fortinet, etc).
Experience writing Shell script.
