Job Description

Position Summary
This full-time, front-line position runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The successful candidate will welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and assist with daily administrative and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence
Maintain an organized and professional reception area
Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and other administrative duties
Provide general support to office staff and management as required
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a dependable self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Previous reception, customer service, or office administration experience is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach
