We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Transactional Lawyer with 5-6 years of relevant experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing customer and vendor contracts across the UK, Europe and Middle East. They should be capable of independently leading deals, taking end-to-end ownership of client matters, and contributing to statutory compliance and litigation strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with legal tools, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial deals independently, overseeing the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution, while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Take end-to-end ownership of client matters, providing strategic advice and support across contractual, compliance, and transactional issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer and vendor contracts, with a focus on UK & Europe and Middle East.
- Support and contribute to the company’s statutory compliance initiatives and develop litigation strategies where necessary, in collaboration with internal and external legal resources.
- Act as a key legal advisor to business units, assessing complex legal issues and facilitating practical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and advised on relevant legal, compliance, and litigation matters.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments, proactively identifying potential impacts to business operations.
- Utilize legal tools and software to manage contracts, track compliance, and streamline workflow efficiency.

- Education: Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) and qualified to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience: 5-6 years as a commercial and transactional lawyer, ideally with exposure to customer and vendor contracts.
