Candidate must be BE/B.Tech-Chemical, B.sc-Chemistry/ M.Sc-Chemistry
Job Role
To prepare the pre arrangement of batch processing as per batch production record. And to continuous production without any abstraction.
To confirm the housekeeping activity before start the batch charging also batch charging completion.
To keep the plant neat and clean in a presentable condition.
To take charge in the production area and to verify the process as per batch production record, raw materials also Housekeeping.
To perform the operation as per batch production record Such as cooling, chilling , brine and heating.
To follow the batch production record instruction, for handling of HAZARDOUS raw material also safety nomos.
Prepare Heat Balance and Mass and Energy Balance calculations, Line Sizing
To monitor the scrubber operation, tank level and pH , If abnormal to inform superiors..
Production operations in intermediate/API utility operations, Equipment Handling, online BMR/BPR filling, Distillation process, having exposure of handling CF, multi mill, AGNF, FBD equipment
