Experience - Min. 1+ yrs. in sheet metal ( proven experience in supervising & production planning)
Job Description -
• Supervisors are responsible for creating production schedules, setting targets, and ensuring that production goals are met. This involves coordinating with other departments, such as planning, procurement, and maintenance, to optimize production processes.
• Supervisors oversee a team of production workers, including machine operators, welders, and other skilled laborers. They assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor employee performance. This includes conducting training and development programs for new and existing employees.
• Supervisors are often involved in cost control measures, such as reducing waste, optimizing processes, and managing labor costs to meet budgetary targets.
