Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are met within our facility.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the assembly line
• Monitor production processes to ensure timely completion of orders
• Train new employees on proper assembly techniques and equipment operation
• Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing facility
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving production output

Qualifications
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role
• Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of assembly line operations and fabrication processes
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
• Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
