About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations
2. Plan and schedule production as per demand and organizational targets
3. Manage and monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality
4. Coordinate production planning and adjust schedules based on requirements
5. Ensure adherence to production timelines and delivery commitments
6. Optimize resource utilization including manpower, materials, and machinery
7. Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks
8. Maintain production records and prepare regular reports
9. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
10. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless production workflow
