1. Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS and applications3. Resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, email, and printer connectivity issues4. Manage user accounts, password resets, and access via Active Directory5. Perform OS installation, patching, and antivirus updates6. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Planning & Inventory position at a pharmaceutical factory in Ahmedabad. • Strong skills in Production Planning and creating effective Production Schedules
• Excellent Planning and Analytical Skills for identifying and solving production challenges
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless operations
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining production documentation
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
