Production Operators

Drake Hamilton is looking for a number of experienced Production Operators to work for our dairy client based in Lichfield. Now is a great time to register!! Please note, you would be required to travel to our office in Hamilton for the full registration process.

There are a range of shifts available, so ideally we need candidates with a bit of flexibility. Jobs include quality checking, packaging, rework, tipping, and general production cleaning.

What we need from you:

Reliable transport
Be physically fit and able to lift 15-25kg on a repetitive basis
Able to work varying hours and sometimes at short notice
2 work references
Pass a pre employment drug and medical test
No criminal convictions
Skills Experience

To thrive in this role you must be highly reliable and have great communication skills. You will also;
Have previous experience working in a factory environment
Physically fit - heavy lifting and long period of standing is involved
Strong adherence to workplace Health and Safety practices
The ability to work in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable transport and willing to travel when required
An understanding of the importance of working to strict deadlines
Forklift experience with current OSH F endorsement is a bonus!
