Job description
The Production Manager oversees the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery of cloth products. The role involves managing the production team, coordinating with other departments, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands.
Team Management: Supervise and motivate the production team, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:
