About us: Nash Experience is a 360-degree marketing and communications agency. We specialise in brand building, experiential marketing and creating on-screen content. With over 14 years of experience, we have built expertise in brand communication, live events, content management, celebrity association and creating intellectual properties.

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Production Manager to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in managing complex productions, including live events and weddings.

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Working Model: Onsite

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary Range: 25- 30k per month

Experience: 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of production for a variety of events, including corporate functions, product launches, experiential marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that production elements align with client objectives and brand messaging, from initial concept through to final execution.
• Develop detailed production schedules and timelines, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, set design, equipment, and staffing.Create and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Track expenses, prepare financial reports, and provide recommendations for budget adjustments.Oversee the production of on-screen content, ensuring that it aligns with event themes and client goals.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality multimedia content for events and weddings.
• Coordinate logistics for celebrity and talent appearances, including scheduling, transportation, accommodations, and on-site requirements.
• Ensure smooth integration of celebrity involvement into events and weddings.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all production activities, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless production processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in production management, including significant experience in event production and wedding curation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in managing complex productions and high-profile events.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
