Production Manager
Job Description
This is a floor-focused leadership role responsible for supervising production activities, supporting a team of 12+ employees, and ensuring safe, efficient day-to-day operations within a single facility. You will work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to help shape processes as the facility scales - without being responsible for corporate budgets or managing multiple locations.
This position is a great opportunity for a supervisor looking to take the next step in their career, or for an experienced manager who is excited about the opportunity to build and develop a team from the ground up.
Day in the life:
80% hands-on involvement working directly with the Production team on the floor
20% administrative responsibilities including basic reporting, team scheduling, and supporting hiring and process improvements
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12+ individuals
Champion company culture and values through visible leadership
Maintain inventory levels and operational efficiencies daily
Monitor and sustain KPIs in production, quality, and Health & Safety
Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting and coordinating repairs when needed

Monday–Friday day shift with limited weekend requirements
Standard hours of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Seasonal earlier start (6:00 AM – 3:30 PM) during peak production months (April–August)
No travel or camp work

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment
Proven ability to lead teams in hands-on, fast-paced settings
Solid understanding of daily production coordination and workflow management
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around equipment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting 20–40 lb propane tanks
Forklift experience is an asset
Industry experience in propane or the energy sector is not required. We welcome candidates with transferable leadership experience from manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or similar operational environments.
