Job Description
Job Title: Production Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Supervise and lead production teams across multiple departments, including sewing, printing, finishing, welding, powder coating, and hardware assembly.
• Ensure optimal use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, etc.).
• Work closely with design, sales, and logistics teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions swiftly.
• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Background in textile, signage, or large-format printing industries preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP or production management software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
