Job Description
We are designers and manufacturers of high precision Fluid Film Bearings, which are used in Turbines, Gearboxes, Compressors and other sophisticated rotating machinery.
We are looking to hire experienced Production Engineers to strengthen our manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
Track and ensure execution of assigned Manufacturing Orders, including:
• Preparation of Production Schedule as per delivery requirements.
• Technical Audit of Engineering Drawings and related Technical Documents.
• Preparation of item/category specific Manufacturing & Quality Control Plans (MQCP).
• Preparation of Process Sheets, Machining Drawings and detailed Work Instructions.
• Tracking execution across various stages and ensuring compliance with MQCP and Production Schedule.
• Feeding all relevant data on the Company ERP system, including live status updates.
Qualifications
• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in machining on CNC Turning/Milling/VTL Machines.
Desired Skills
• Strong knowledge of Job Setting, Tool Selection and Holding, Machining Operations and CNC Programming.
• Proficiency in reading Engineering Drawings, including GD&T.
• Proficiency in creating Machining Drawings.
• Ability to work with ERP systems.
• Keen attention to detail, and strong problem solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Job Type: Full Time, 6 days a week.
Location: On-site at our plant in Greater Noida.
Salary: 35-60k/month depending on qualifications, experience and skills.
