Job Description
Production Engineer – Fresher (Shift Operations)Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year
Shift: Rotational shiftsRole & Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production and batch manufacturing as per SOPs.
Support raw material charging, process monitoring, and batch documentation.
Record production data, batch details, and material consumption in ERP / Excel.
Coordinate with operators, QC, and maintenance during shift operations.
Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping norms on the shop floor.
Prepare shift reports and assist in production reporting.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of chemical batch processes
Computer literate – ERP and MS Excel (mandatory)
Willingness to work in shift
Good learning attitude and shop-floor discipline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
