We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in bringing our premium hampers and gift packs to life. Reporting to the Production Manager and Creative Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, supporting team members, and ensuring we deliver exceptional quality and efficiency across our operations.

In This Role You Will:
Coordinate and execute daily production plans to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
Prepare production jobs, labels, documentation and stock requirements.
Lead and support production team members, providing training, guidance and direction.
Monitor workflow and proactively resolve bottlenecks to maximise productivity.
Ensure production quality standards are consistently achieved.
Manage inventory movements and production transactions within our ERP system.
Identify and escalate operational issues while working collaboratively across departments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality and efficiency.
Support warehouse operations including stock counts, reworks and inventory activities as required.
Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production or fulfilment environment.
Experience leading, supervising or coordinating teams.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and warehouse or ERP systems.
A positive, resilient and proactive approach to work.
