About ProtectMats
ProtectMats is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in custom-made protective mats and surface protection products across the United States. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated Production & CNC Operator to join our growing team in Houston.
You'll work with modern CNC cutting machines to manufacture custom products for customers across the country. Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality products with exceptional precision.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor our CNC cutting machine to produce custom-made products
Prepare materials and ensure production orders are completed accurately
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet our standards
Package finished products for shipment
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
Assist with general warehouse and production activities when needed
Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency
What You’ll Do
Create engaging content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and product pages
Coordinate with content creators, photographers, and influencers to develop high-quality marketing content
Help develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and online sales
Optimize product listings and website content for SEO and conversion
Improve website content, layouts, and product pages within Magento
Assist with social media management and content planning
Support email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives
Analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Help maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms
What we're looking for
Experience operating CNC machines or similar production equipment is preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, motivated, and a team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Forklift experience
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus
