1st Shift Ring Panel Production Assembler

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team. This position involves working on a fast-paced wire assembly line to produce high-quality ring products. Team members will feed, bend, connect, and package wire components according to production requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Feed wire into shear to cut materials to specified lengths.

· Pick up and organize wire pieces for bending and assembly.

· Feed cut wire into bending machines to form required shapes.

· Operate wire bending equipment to ensure consistent and accurate results.

· Connect bent wire sections to create complete rings.

· Attach cross wires to reinforce completed rings.

· Inspect finished rings for quality and consistency.

· Package finished rings for shipment or storage.

· Maintain cleanliness of work area and machinery.

· Coordinate with other line workers and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

· Notify line leader before materials run out or issues arise.

· Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

· Basic math skills and familiarity with measurements.

· Ability to stand for up to * hours per shift.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Previous production or assembly line experience preferred.

From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

· 10-hour shifts

· 5:30am – 3:30pm Monday - Thursday
