Job Description
Assembly & production staff at Aptyx will work in our Production and Assembly area Working on a variety of manufactured medical products and parts, ensuring only quality products are prepared for our customers. Entry-level positions are in our extrusion and assembly areas of manufacturing. Employees will be cross-trained in order to work in any role.
Starting rate: $18.15 per hour start rate. We also provide a monthly attendance bonus of .75 per hour to non-probationary employees who meet an attendance policy criteria.
We are a rapidly growing medical device plastics manufacturer located in Trenton ON. Job Tasks & Employment requirements:
Packages & Assembles product according to workmanship standards while being able to visually identify quality defects.
Able to precisely work & assemble small fittings and parts
Inspect & Package products as per customer requirements with accurate counts. Preparation of supplies for production orders (making, boxes, cutting liners, bags)
Accurate documentation & box labeling of production orders.
Accurate completion and recording of order information on applicable production forms.
Transport completed product to the warehouse using pump cart.
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Must be available for 8 hour rotational shifts.
Understand and follow safe working conditions at all times, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
