Smooth Air Products Ltd is a manufacturer, importer and wholesaler of Ventilation, Heating and Air Conditioning components. We have built a reputation as a supplier of quality ventilation and air conditioning componentry to the commercial and domestic market for more than 30 years.
The Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for a proactive and team-oriented Production Administrator to join our team for 5 mnts parental leave cover. The role requires the right person with the appropriate skillset and personality as it holds a central position in the business. It entails focusing on various administrative tasks, establishing productive relationships with stakeholders, and embracing flexibility to handle the diverse responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include:
General office and administrative duties as required to ensure the best interest of the wider team and daily operations are met.
Provide courteous and prompt service to internal and external customers and handling queries as they arise
Process of production and stock orders from regional offices
Processing of purchase and sales orders
Processing of labour and material estimation
Liaising with dispatch to ensure customer requirements are met
Ensure safe work practices are adhered to
Skills and qualifications:
Min 3 yrs. experience in an administration role
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.
Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft office suite
Flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
