About the team
Ambit Asset Finance is a flexible and comprehensive solution for managing leasing and financing processes. It supports all types of assets and operations across multiple countries, enabling increased operational efficiency and cost reduction by eliminating the need for outdated legacy systems.
The Ambit Asset Finance Support team is a global team of experienced consultants who collaborate to support banks and asset leasing organizations worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to join a growing team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to provide high-quality support to our expanding base of prestigious clients. You will receive support from a highly experienced team of consultants, designers, developers, and QA engineers who possess extensive product knowledge.
What you will be doing
As a Product Support Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to build strong and lasting relationships.
Your daily responsibilities will include assisting Ambit Asset Finance clients with the management of the software, analyzing issues, and offering guidance on potential solutions. In addition, you will use your analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and usability.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and resolve incidents, acting as the main point of contact within a global support structure.
Engage directly with clients to resolve issues and provide fast solutions.
Provide immediate resolution or workarounds for high priority incidents.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business processes to ensure the software meets their current and future needs.
Help clients make the most efficient use of the software by suggesting optimal practices and implementing functional solutions.
Proactively identify and document defects, while creating and preparing detailed training materials.
Effectively manage multiple clients' needs and timelines.
What you bring:
Relevant education or professional experience in software development, systems analysis, design, and architecture.
Knowledge of Asset Finance.
Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with excellent numeracy.
A positive, proactive, and professional attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Added bonus if you have
Experience in Accounting or Leasing.
Previous programming experience (not a developer role).
English language skills.
