Job Description
Marketing, Cross Sell , Channel & Campaign Management
Support in Market Intelligence, Process Improvements/Customer Experience & System Enhancements
Handle Branch Engagement, Design Campaign calendar and roll out Sales Campaigns/Drives & Contests for Branches from time to time
Driving Renewal Base Conversion, co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders for launch of Website/Digital campaigns/ Cross Sell campaigns
Create Product/Process related awareness and roll out Education Series to Branches at regular intervals
Handle Channel Partner related Engagement/Training needs/Business tracking/ System Support
Designing Marketing calendar ensuring adherence and supporting sales team with Marketing Programs for Gold Loan
Ensuring Branches / Sales team has sufficient Marketing collaterals, Gold Loan Visibility in Branches
Additional Responsibilities
• Business Forecasts, Dashboard Submissions to Finance
• Preparation of Notes, Review Presentations
• Support in Key Projects such as Caratometer installation, Doqfy-Centralised Stamping
