Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Delhi. The Product Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of products, defining new product requirements, analysis of user’s needs and market trends, strategic planning, forecasting, product life cycle management, and other activities related to product development and management. Additionally, the Product Manager will take ownership of the entire product and will be the face of our products towards our partners and internal stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities:
• Expert in Data Analysis and preparing the reports
• Responsible for Product Strategy and Product life cycle maintenance
• Know about the current market trends and customers
• Good Knowledge of SKU (Stock Keeping unit).
• Responsible for NPL (New Product Lunch)
• Good Competition Analysis Skills
• Responsible for the Sales Strategy of the organization and for stock clearance.
• Handle special support schemes, bundle offers, market share, price segmentation and (ASP) Average selling price
• Basic Understanding of finance partner schemes

Preferred candidate profile:
• Have experience in handling a team
• Qualification - Post Graduate
• High level of mathematical understanding.
• Advance Excel and PPT skills
• Clear, coherent & apprehensible communication skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Candidates have experience working in (FMCG) industry
• Solution-oriented outlook.
