This is a permanent full-time role based in Tmaki Makaurau (Auckland).
Ng Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Mu What You'll Do Define and evolve the communications product vision, roadmap and priorities to deliver strong customer outcomes and support strategic transformation objectives Own product decisions across scope, sequencing and prioritisation, balancing value, cost, risk and delivery speed in a complex environment Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, technology, operations and data to align product direction and enable seamless customer communications. Design and enable scalable communications capabilities across channels, including content, automation and orchestration within a modern technology ecosystem Track and optimise product performance, using customer insights and data to continuously improve outcomes and ensure value delivery Manage dependencies across squads, platforms and customer journeys, ensuring communications are consistent, compliant and easy for customers to navigate.
u Pkenga me u Wheako What You'll Bring Experience as a Product Owner or similar role within digital, customer experience or transformation environments. Strong ability to own product strategy,roadmapand outcomes beyond delivery execution. Understanding of communications ecosystems, including messaging, customer data,contentand channel delivery. Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, with confidence navigating ambiguity and complexity. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence across diverse teams and senior leaders. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product decisions and customer focused outcomes
