AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management and more recently mid/back-office and IT operations.
About Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to drive the entire frontend backlog for our teams in Zug and HK. This role requires someone with a strong background in agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will oversee the development lifecycle of each squad, ensuring features align with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Squad Development and Lifecycle Management:
• Oversee the development and lifecycle of each squad.
• Organize refinements, translating wireframes into actionable requirements.
• Agile Ceremony Establishment:
• Establish and manage all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• User Story Management:
• Write detailed user stories.
• Ensure features meet customer needs and align with business goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Design and Engineering.
• Feature Prioritization:
• Prioritize features and break down ideas into manageable parts.
• Ensure the feasibility and timely delivery of features.
Requirements:
• Experience: 7+ years
• Proven Fintech/banking experience in a similar role within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Multi-stakeholder Management:
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment across different geographies.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Product Delivery:
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products and features from concept to launch.
• Flexibility:
• Willingness to work flexible hours to manage coordination between teams in Zug and HK.
