Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Senior Manager - Product Marketing to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As a member of the product marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cybersecurity products in the market. You will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product marketing within the IT industry, particularly in the cybersecurity sector.
Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive the adoption and market penetration of Arcon's cybersecurity products.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify key customer needs and pain points to inform product positioning and messaging.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to effectively communicate product value propositions to target audiences.
• Collaborate with the product management team to define and refine product positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, such as sales presentations, battle cards, and competitive analysis, to support the sales process and enhance revenue generation.
• Partner with the marketing team to execute go-to-market plans, including digital marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and content creation, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to drive product enhancements and optimize customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities, assess market trends, and recommend product roadmap adjustments.
• Provide product training and support to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience of 10-20 years in product marketing within the IT industry, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to measure and optimize marketing performance.
