JOB DESCRIPTION
Department : Personal Loans (Consumer Assets)
Designation : Product Manager - Channel Management
Grade : Senior Manager / AVP
Job Description and Responsibilities :
• Product SPOC for managing DSA business acquisition and drive growth at a PAN India level.
• Periodically engage with key channel partners to drive business growth and streamline process and structural bottlenecks.
• Track key performance metrics for DSA partners and publish dashboards to DSAs and SMT.
• Central SPOC to analyse DSA business trends and assist Sales Heads in execution of DSA business growth strategy.
• Compute channel pay-outs and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure pay-out is processed within TAT.
• Evaluate, benchmark and identify best practices and processes adopted across industry and drive its implementation for the business.
• Analyse DSA business trends, manage launch, tracking and fulfilment of promotional DSA contests.
• Manage on-boarding of DSA partners and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with RBI's regulatory vendor on-boarding guidelines.
• Assist internal and external auditors in periodic vendor audits and provide data / documents as required
• Manage stamp duty calculation, stamping and filing completion with TAT for digital loan acquisitions.
• Manage a team of off-roll employees to ensure efficient daily business operations.
Core Competencies :
• Educational requirement : Full time MBA or any other equivalent degree is mandatory
• Experience : 3 yrs to 7 yrs (Post MBA)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholder
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus
