Currently we are looking for a Product Head - Marketing Lead based in Gurgaon. We are a global HR platform helping organisations scale human performance, AI-enabled development journeys, and behavioural transformation.We work with leading enterprises across India, Middle East, Africa, and Europe across BFSI, aviation, technology, retail, and conglomerates. Our platform combines AI-enabled journeys with practitioner-led coaching and mentoring to drive measurable business and leadership outcomes.
As we scale globally, we are looking for a high-energy Product + Marketing leader who can help shape the next phase of growth for the platform and brand.
Role Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Head + Marketing Lead who can drive product thinking, user experience, platform adoption, AI-led innovation, and growth marketing for the company.
This role combines:
- Product strategy & execution
- Customer experience thinking
- SaaS growth
- Brand and digital marketing
- AI-enabled product journeys
- Team leadership
The role is based out of Gurgaon and will manage a team of 4 across product, design, digital marketing, and content/growth operations.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, scaling, and working closely with founders.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution:
- Drive the product roadmap for the platform across coaching, mentoring, AI journeys, analytics, and enterprise experience
- Ai native and adopter.
- Partner closely with engineering, customer success, and founders to prioritize features and releases
- Improve platform UX/UI and customer adoption journeys
- Build scalable and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile
- Lead product thinking around AI-enabled coaching, nudges, behavioural insights, and learning journeys
- Define and track product KPIs including engagement, retention, activation, and adoption
Marketing & Growth:
- Build and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the brand globally
- Drive digital marketing across LinkedIn, SEO, performance marketing, webinars, events, and thought leadership
- Create compelling positioning and messaging for enterprise audiences
- Build campaigns around coaching, leadership, AI, women leadership, and future-of-work themes
- Support demand generation and pipeline creation with sales and growth teams
- Lead product marketing initiatives for new launches and platform capabilities
Customer & Market Insights:
- Understand customer pain points and translate them into product opportunities
- Track market trends across coaching, mentoring, AI, HRTech, and SaaS ecosystems
- Benchmark against global players and identify innovation opportunities
- Gather feedback from enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to improve product-market fit
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of 4 across product and marketing functions
- Build a culture of ownership, experimentation, speed, and customer-centricity
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, customer success, and leadership
What We Are Looking For:
- 12-15 years of experience across Product Management, Growth, Marketing, or SaaS businesses
- Experience in AI adoption, B2B SaaS, HRTech, EdTech, Coaching, Learning, or platform businesses preferred
- Strong understanding of product thinking, user journeys, and digital growth
- Comfortable working in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategy with execution
- Exposure to AI-enabled products or platforms will be a strong advantage
- Experience managing teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders
