Purpose of the position

· The Product Managers plays a pivotal role in driving the company's product strategy and development, ensuring that products meet market needs and exceed user expectations. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Role and Responsibility

Product Roadmap and Development:

· Develop and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

· Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product direction.

· Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

· Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.

Product Quality Assurance & Control:

· Develop and implement product quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

· Conduct thorough product testing and validation to identify and address defects, ensuring product reliability and user satisfaction.

Continuous Quality Improvement:

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, performance, and user experience.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality-focused solutions and best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Market Research and Analysis:

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

· Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product features and enhancements.

User Experience (UX) Design:

· Champion user-centric design principles to deliver intuitive and engaging product experiences.

· Solicit and incorporate user feedback through usability testing and other research methods.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

· Collaborate with executive leadership to secure buy-in and support for product initiatives.

Team Leadership and Management:

· Build and lead a high-performing product team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
