We're looking for a Product Development Executive (Research & Design) who can deeply understand spiritual products, research their significance, and help design, curate, and prepare them for listing on Satmi's website. This role blends research, creativity, and execution - perfect for someone who loves meaning-driven products.
Responsibilities:
• Research spiritual, wellness, and lifestyle products (gemstones, bracelets, rituals, accessories, etc.)
• Study product significance, symbolism, usage, and benefits from a spiritual and customer perspective
• Product design, refinement, and aesthetic presentation
• Curate products aligned with Satmi's brand values and spiritual philosophy
• Prepare product information for website listing (features, benefits, variations, imagery guidance)
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for smooth product launches
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to suggest new product ideas
• Ensure accuracy, authenticity, and quality across all product listings
Requirements:
• Strong research skills with attention to detail
• Basic understanding or interest in spirituality, wellness, or conscious living
• Good aesthetic sense and understanding of product presentation
• Ability to convert research into clear, customer-friendly product details
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
