About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about creating intuitive, thoughtful, and visually compelling user experiences. You’ll take ideas from early concepts to polished interfaces, focusing on usability, interaction, and design quality across web and mobile products.
Key Responsibilities
Craft user experiences from concept to high fidelity designs with strong attention to detail
Translate product requirements into intuitive, elegant solutions
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship features
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Refine and iterate designs based on feedback, usability insights, and design critique
Maintain design consistency across products using design systems
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in product/UX/UI design
Strong portfolio showcasing problem solving and design thinking
Proficiency in tools like Figma
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
Ability to balance user needs with business objectives
Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale
Good communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with AI powered design tools such as UXPilot, Lovable, or similar tools for rapid prototyping, ideation, and workflow optimization
Nice to Have
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Exposure to analytics or A/B testing
Experience designing for healthcare products or domains
