As Produce Leader you will be responsible for planning the displays, ordering stock, inspire team, ensure quality checks carried out daily, shelves are full, clean and presentable, communicate, organize, and control the day-to-day running of Produce department to highest possible standards. With a focus on driving operational excellence and promoting a collaborative team culture, you’ll lead from the front and not be afraid to get your hands dirty when needed.

Deliver on your KPIs of department growth, profitability, cost management, data hygiene and team engagement.
Do category reviews and make changes within the store by making customer driven decisions through customer insights and data.
Build the stores long-term strategy and then execute it on a day-to-day basis.
Be hands on and ready to get stuck and dirty to ensure all shelves are full at all times.
Be ready to lift 15-20 kg crates of produce both at inwards and stock fill.
