Responsibilities:-

· Should have experience working as a Trainer in BPO for a minimum 1-year-old know Throughput, Certification Training related terms.

· Should be aware of Training KPIs KRAs.

· Should be well versed with the functions tasks of the Trainer

· Candidate should be flexible with Rotational Shifts 6 days working culture.

· Should have excellent communication skills.
