The Process Trainer is responsible for ensuring the effective training and development of new hires and internal staff, contributing to the enhancement of organizational skills and competencies. The role involves creating and delivering training modules, managing training programs, and collaborating with various departments to identify learning gaps and address performance-reputed company challenges.
Experience : 3 to 4 years
· Ensure reputed company training for new hires and address internal staff's performance challenges.
· Be accountable for the reputed company functioning of SME and TMM programs, managing L1 Trainings.
· Train on internal recruitment software and reputed company Corporate Trainings reputed company required.

· Play a pivotal role in promoting team spirit and identifying learning gaps with Ops Head.

· Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
· Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
