Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to leads generated through various marketing channels and convert them into participants or sales for our "Business Analysis" premium course.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and online chats to understand their business analysis training needs, answer their questions, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Sales Management: Manage and prioritize leads in the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion rates for the premium course.
• Product Knowledge Develop a deep understanding of our Business Analysis premium course, its curriculum, and benefits to effectively communicate its value propositions to potential customers.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers in the business analysis field to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline status for the Business Analysis premium course.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to align sales efforts and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends in business analysis, competitive landscape, and best practices in inside sales to continually improve sales strategies and techniques specific to the premium course.
