Job Description
Designation Process Expert (US Voice process)
Process BPM – Repo & Auto Finance
1. Excellent command in English with neutral/US accent – should have conversational skills, instant and spontaneous responsiveness while in conversation required.
2. Should be computer savvy and have a typing speed of minimum of 35 WPM with +8% accuracy
3. If the candidate is experienced, prior experience of handling US customer support/Travel Agent Helpdesk etc. is desirable.
If the candidate is a fresher, should be tested well for neutral accent and conversational skills.
Night Shift (7:30 PM – 5 AM)
Salary :- up to 35k in hand
5 days working, One side cab (Drop only) & Meals provided

Operation Round (Face-to-Face)
