Role Description The Process Engineer will work on-site in Sonipat in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, optimization, and control of manufacturing Process, Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. The role involves developing process flow diagrams, preparing technical documentation, monitoring process parameters, and working with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and maintenance. The Process Engineer will also assist in troubleshooting process issues, supporting scale-up activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Regular collaboration with supervisors and peers to drive continuous improvement projects is expected.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Process Engineering and Home appliances industry with the ability to apply engineering principles to industrial processes.
• Experience with Process Design, including developing process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, and optimization strategies.
• Knowledge of Process Control, including monitoring, analysis, and adjustment of process parameters to maintain stable operations.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to diagnose process issues, interpret data, and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or Polytechnic Diploma
• Ability to work on-site in Sonipat and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with safety standards, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
