Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Accounts Payable – Quality Check for Invoice Processing, Help Desk and Vendor Master
We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to perform Quality Check and report out on accuracy defects, root cause analysis and way forward.
Responsibilities
- Setting up Quality check process across Invoice Processing, Helpdesk & Vendor Master activities
- Maintaining & reporting Quality trackers for the customer
- Maintaining error log, suggesting improvement steps & implementing control points
- Resource should have attention to detail and strong analytical & problem solving abilities
- Make sure the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
- Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are balanced as per the guidelines
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
- Relevant work experience
- Decent English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Audit
