What You'll Do:
• Make outbound calls to customers across the US market
• Communicate professionally and confidently with prospects
• Generate and qualify leads based on campaign requirements
• Understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities
• Accurately update customer and call information in the CRM
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• Work with the team to achieve campaign and business goals
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Good listening and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a US night-shift environment
• Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills
• International BPO / US voice process / telecalling experience will be an added advantage
