Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Private Medical Insurance Telesales Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telephone to promote and sell private medical insurance policies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong understanding of insurance products.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, providing detailed information about private medical insurance options.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans to meet their requirements.
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales using sales administration tools.
Follow up with potential clients to answer queries, provide additional information, and facilitate the sales process.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally during calls.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in telemarketing, sales or insurance sales is preferred.
Experience in medical insurance or private medical insurance sales is essential.
Proven ability in customer service within a telesales environment.
Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to insurance products.
Organisational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
Ability to work independently.
