Are you an experienced Legal Secretary that’s looking for hybrid work, great benefits and an inclusive working culture?
If so, then we’re seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary with strong document creation and telephone skills to join our client, a Manchester law firm that specialises in Private Client law.
The successful candidate will be able to work from home 2/3 days per week if desired, following a period of induction and training, and the ideal Legal Secretary will have experience of supporting lawyers with responsibilities including typing from dictation, drafting documents and correspondence, and providing administrative support, including filing, scheduling client appointments, handling simple client inquiries, and arranging meetings.
The Private Client team’s work includes wills, trusts and estate administration, and the successful candidate should have experience of at least 2 and preferably 3 of these areas. The secretarial/support team is close knit and help each other out, and a caring yet professional approach is essential, as maintaining high standards of personal service to clients is a top priority.
